I'm reading "The Last Lecture" by Randy Pausch. Sometimes I feel that I still waist my time doing nothing or finding stupid excuses. Never mind, a great testimony. One thing is true: only authentic and real people can do something valuable.
BTW, 200 pages in English is a good training.
